day 9

breakfast:

1 1/2 cups spinach
1 cup mixed berries
1/2 banana
1/2 apple
1 T chia seeds
1 cup water

snacks:

and some organic popcorn & of course green tea

lunch:

more of my yummy smashed chickpea & avocado sandwich

snack:
large fuji apple and 1 cup raw carrots

dinner:
a quarter of a sandwich, leftover vegan spaghetti

dessert:

homemade ice cream!
1 1/2 bananas sliced and frozen overnight
2 T PB2
1 T water
1/2 T agave
chopped pecans
the consistency was more like soft serve ice cream but no complaints here!

more to add to my arsenal:

there are endless health benefits to coconut oil so thought why not try it? and i've read that some women have used green tea extract supplements to fight cervical dysplasia so might as well throw those babies in too.

snack:

a heaping teaspoon of my newly purchased organic coconut oil stirred in my green tea.

exercise:

45 minutes of interval training on the treadmill; 20 minutes simultaneously lifting weights while on the tread

my stress free activity:
finally had a minute to do my nails. used the essie nail polish theresa put in my girls trip goodie bag in vegas!
