day 25

breakfast:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 frozen bananas
1 T protein powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 T peanut butter

snacks:

strawberries, cherries, raspberries

lunch:
leftover curry
roasted seaweed

snacks:
pita chips
roasted bell pepper hummus

dinner:
leftover curry

dessert:
1/2 cup so delicious peanut butter zigzag ice cream
peppermint tea
