day 2

...and unmotivated.

not exactly off to a good start huh?

some additions added to our treat jar this morning at school:

funnily, i wasn't really tempted by any of the goodies. i took a few home for ry for our road trip to san diego this thursday.

breakfast:

1 cup kale
1 cup mixed berries
1/2 banana
1 cup water
1 t chia seeds

snack:
mixed nuts (peanuts, almonds, walnut, pistachios, cashews)
green tea

lunch:

1 1/2 cup quinoa
black beans, tomatoes, kale, cilantro

snack:
1/2 grapefruit
almonds & cashews

dinner:
leftovers from last night

i made half of the peppers with dairy cheese for ry...can you tell which ones are his?

snacks:
pixie tangerine, strawberries, green tea

exercise:
15 minutes of frisbee with the gals at work (if i broke out in a sweat, that counts right?)
20 minutes of circuit training (weights, abs, jumprope, yawn...)

dad finished building me my own barre so perhaps i'll buy the bar method discs soon and start working out at home.

can't quite figure out why the lack of drive today...and the constant cravings. must spend less time at home after work and get my butt outside! after all, flowers in their natural environment have always been a soothing sight for me. til then, these should do:
