day 11

breakfast:
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 T all natural peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup green tea

snack:
cashews, overnight oats with chia seeds, strawberries, almonds and toasted coconut chips
green tea

lunch:
1 cup brown rice
1 avocado
1/4 tomato

dinner:

2 cups spinach
1/2 apple
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup water

exercise:

45 minute bar method workout

snacks:

i attended a free nutrition lecture at the new leaf community market in south san jose. today's topic was "eat fat to lose weight" and the importance of healthy fats in your diet.

i made another cup of turmeric tea but used 1 tsp of sugar instead of agave. drank it a lot quicker today!
