breakfast:

garlic fried rice with tomatoes
watermelon & cantaloupe
snack:
roasted seaweed & snapea crisps
i guess i ended up skipping lunch...
dinner:

mom's pancit without the meat
2 red potatoes from dad's pot roast
3 bowls of of salad: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms with a dijon dressing (mom was sweet enough to leave out the cheese)
snacks:
watermelon & cantaloupe
frosted mini wheats in almond milk
exercise:
30 minutes housework
and my non-stress activites:

getting to watch my beloved dizon nephews perform in peter pan.
and beers/good times with ryan, cindy and niko at valentino's.
