day 23

breakfast:
2 T protein powder
1 cup water

snack:
carrots
green tea

lunch:
paxti's pizza
1 cup cherries, strawberries, raspberries

snack:
3 vegan wheat toasts
1 T roasted bell pepper hummus

dinner:
more shabu shabu!
1 cup brown rice

exercise:
1/2 hour cooking & cleaning
