day 5

i'm home in san diego, staying with mom and dad where food is an integral part of our family. but since i'm surrounded by people who are supportive and concerned for my well being, i have an abundant share of their understanding and encouragement. 

breakfast:
overnight oats & chia pudding with toasted coconut chips

lunch:
thai lettuce wraps (minus chicken plus avocado) at cheesecake factory. i can't tell you how tasty and satisfying this dish was!

snack:
fuji apple

dinner:
more of my delicious wraps! even dad said it looked like i was really enjoying my food!

snacks:
chia pudding, a banana, a brazil nut & green tea

exercise:
a lovely walk & talk with my beloved sister, rona.

thank goodness my wraps were super satisfying! the temptation of baked ham, fried fish, and grilled tapa was a bit easier to turn down.
