2 slices whole wheat toast
1 T peanut butter
1 t coconut oil
1 cup green tea
snack:
1 cup raw carrots & avocado spread
lunch:
quinoa seasoned with turmeric
broccoli, tofu, carrots, kale
snack:
1 cup blueberries
1 strawberry
1/2 orange
dinner:
we went to dinner at the yardhouse with btk. i commend the restaurant for being so vegan savvy. an entire section of the menu lists items made with gardein, a meat substitue product made of soy, wheat, vegetable proteins and grains. i splurged and had some fries too.
exercise:
a good half-hour playing frisbee with the kids at school
had the chance to spend some time at mike & fanny's. here are pics of baby emily:
couldn't necessarily call it a stress-free activity but a happy moment nonetheless!
