day 10

breakfast:

a slice of whole wheat toast
1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup green tea

snacks: 1 cup raw carrots with smashed avocado & chickpea mix

lunch:

1 cup brown rice, broccoli, carrots, kale sautéed in garlic, coconut oil, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce

snacks:

chia seed pudding with almond milk, oats, strawberries, slivered almonds, toasted coconut chips

dinner:
smashed avocado & chickpea sandwich with tomatoes, spinach and cucumbers
organic corn chips

found the milk pail market in mountain view by accident today. i've been meaning to check that place out. picked up more anti-oxidant, cancer-fighting goodies:

i tried out a turmeric tea recipe:
1 cup boiled water
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp agave
1 tsp lime juice

verdict: not great but not gross

and picked up my bar method dvd at the palo alto studio. tyler, one of the instructors, recognized me, wondering where i've been...i truly miss it but am willing to give this home workout a try. especially since dad made me this bar:
