day 43

breakfast:

medjool dates, crushed walnuts & almonds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds

lunch:
romaine lettuce, carrots with a dijon mustard garlic dressing

snack:
popcorn

dinner:
cauliflower mashed potatoes

salad with avocado and tomato

dessert:

chocolate peanut butter "cheese"cake courtesy of kitchen genius yvonne rodriguez. so thankful she shared this recipe with me! it was delicious!

no...not again. but my morning weigh-ins keep looking like this:

it's hard not to be reinforced by that.
