day 29

breakfast:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 T protein powder

snack:
almonds & blueberries

lunch:
leftover spelt pasta with avocado basil cream

snack:
tangerine
pita chips & roasted bell pepper hummus

dinner:
veggie stir fry with bok choy, green beans, shiitake mushrooms, napa cabbage and tofu
3/4 cup brown rice

snack:
goji berries

taking a break from packing to move out of our apartment to packing for a trip to san diego for cj's graduation!
