spaghetti with olive oil, dried basil and pepper
snack:
tangerine
brazil nut
dinner:
arugula salad with avocado and tomato dressed with champagne vinaigrette
2 slices patxi's vegan pizza
we started moving boxes into the new house as soon as we landed back into san jose. don't know if it's the vegan diet, or the stress of moving, or not eating what i regularly eat while i was in san diego, but stood on the scale and saw this:
and after weeks of not exercising, i have consistently weighed 110 pounds everyday! hmmm...more incentive not to exercise. that can't be good.
