day 42

breakfast:

1 cup spinach
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup coconut water
1 T protein powder
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 T earth balance

lunch:
lettuce wrap salad

dinner:
cauliflower mashed potatoes

salad with tomatoes, avocado with sesame dressing
1/2 cob sweet corn
zucchini, summer squash, balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes with chimichurri sauce

dessert:
watermelon, pineapples, strawberries and blueberries

we had ryan's family over for father's day. i got to facetime with my father and part of the family earlier this afternoon. appreciate having both of these men in my life.
