day 35

if you thought yesterday's meals were horrific, check this out:

breakfast:
zip

lunch:
the rest of my veggie sandwich
potato chips

dinner:
soy ice cream (probably 1 1/4 cup)
more chips

snack:
tangerine

at least i got to sneak in a vegetable and fruit or two...hmm...are these my go-to stress foods?
