day 31

breakfast:
snacked on some almonds at cj's graduation

snack:
pretty tasty snacks and quite convenient! ry and i snacked on these before meeting the family for lunch sitting on the swings in mom and dad's backyard.

lunch:
cj wanted to celebrate at slater's 50/50. these burgers were huge! happy that they had a veggie patty free of dairy and eggs! i got mine with sprouts, arugula, tomatoes, and avocado mash. indulged in an onion ring and some sweet potato fries with barbecue sauce! thank you lannon family for a wonderful lunch!

dinner:
salad with cucumbers, broccoli, olives, and tomatoes with a dijon vinaigrette
corn on the cob
mom was so thoughtful to leave out the cheese on the salad and load it with veggies!

snack:
1/2 cup almond milk
frosted mini wheats
roasted marshmallows (whoops - didn't realize they contained egg whites! i only had 2 if that's any consolation...)
